I hope you’re having a great week, and if not, at least a restful week. Thank you so much for subscribing to my mailing list, and for those who have been reading it for a few months, thank you for staying and keeping up with my nonsense about the weather. No forecast today, though; let’s keep it short!
I’m writing a quick email to let you know that I’m launching a Kickstarter campaign to fund the following two chapters of The Last Day of Rain, a graphic novel about love, mystery and climate change. Here’s the teaser image:
It’s in pre-launch mode right now, and I’ll set it in motion once I have enough interest. Probably mid-January! And, as these campaigns are all about backers, I’m preparing a few rewards which I hope pique your curiosity:
Chapters 3 and 4, straight to your home once they are ready! You’ll receive chapter three first, then chapter four a few months later.
You can get drawn in the book and even become a character: yes, you heard right!
Variant covers for chapters 1 - 4: there will be only 25 of these!
Bundle with one-shot covers for chapters 1-4: there will be only 1 of these, so you’ll have something special in your hands.
A booklet with concept art: if the campaign hits the second stretch goal.
